Abstract

The paper discusses cancer in general; the history of cancer, different treatments (mainly chemotherapy), side effects, and drug resistance. The author also explains methods of the experiments performed and a discussion of the results, which focuses on the cross-resistance pattern of U73975 using several cell lines in culture.
