Abstract
The purpose of this report was to expand my Engineering Technology Senior Project (TR-ET485-0490-006) (4), and to satisfy the requirements for my Lee Honors College Thesis. It will address the problem of developing a method that will determine employees' acceptance level to a proposed process. A survey was developed as the method. This survey was piloted and then administered at Ritsema Grinding Co. The results of the survey show that due to the acceptance level at Ritsema Grinding Co., an implementation at this time could result in some problems, but for the most part, would result in a successful implementation.
