Abstract

This thesis was done per the requirements by the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. This version does not include the complete appendix which consisted of complex calculations. A site was chosen and a complete structural design was done for the building. A geotechnical analysis was also done of the soil on site as well as a storm water management system was designed. Lastly, traffic impact studies were done for the surrounding site area.
