Abstract
There was a time in history where the borders of business started at the western most part of a country and ended on its furthest eastern edge. Companies never looked to extend their horizons beyond the barriers of language, travel, or currency conversions. However, increasing globalization of the world has made that business policy of the yesteryears completely ineffective, and in order for a company to become dominate within it's sector, it is necessary for it to look beyond it's homeland and join the international forces.
