Abstract

As I write this final reflection on my senior thesis, Dos Gringos Nacho Hijo, I feel a renewed purpose and direction in my life. The inclosed CD, which contains six original songs and one reproduced translation, represents a culmination of my studies at WMU. As stated in my application for the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities Award, this project encompassed all aspects of music production. Jason Schrier and I worked together to secure funding for recording, wrote lyrics and instrumental music, arranged songs' forms, and oversaw the engineering/mixing of the album.
