Abstract
Queens Glamour Boutique will be a small business operated as a limited liability company by Heaven Brown. The boutique will sell clothes, shoes and accessories to teenage girls and woman, 16 years of age and older. There will be a total of 10 workers hired and two managers, one general manager, four part-time and three full-time employees. The positions will vary from cashiering, storage stocking, greeting, organizing, training new employees, and key holding.
Queens Glamour Boutique is a high quality clothing and shoe store which will sell clothing at a reasonable price for the customers. The boutique will need items such as: skirts, leggings, new furniture such as shoe racks, tables, manikins, software and surveillance. I am interested in borrowing $84,000 for all the business necessities. I will be responsible for providing 30 percent of the required startup cost, $36,000.
This business plan establishes a blueprint for the business. It also documents how the business will be run and how various contingencies will be handled.
