Abstract
August 15-17, 2014 marked the first National Issues Forum conducted by the National Caucus of Environmental Legislators. This conference drew over 140 legislators from across the United States of America, as well as Canada and hosted over 50 speakers from top-tier research facilities, business, and universities across the United States. NCEL’s forum was held at the IDS Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In preparing this conference, I interned over 460 hours in the heart of Washington, DC, throughout the summer of 2014 and then took the conference out to Minneapolis, Minnesota to execute the event. The following portfolio consists of a database that encapsulates all tasks completed and materials used to take this conference from concept to reality.
