Abstract
With this project I hope to point out the changes to the movie and television industry brought on by Netflix and other similar streaming services. Other industries will also have to adapt such as advertising companies. Netflix popularity is growing every day and many younger people are dropping the television and cable subscriptions and leaning towards cheaper streaming services only. I would like to interview students and recent graduates on what drives them to prefer these services over standard television. Also, I will interview professors from multiple fields of study to gain prospective on how the movie and television industry will change and how advertising and businesses will cope.
