Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate, following a mixed method methodology, how companies in the CPG segment are reorganizing their strategy and operational process for customer service logistics to meet changing shopper requirements. Through qualitative inquiry and quantitative analysis, an investigation into order fulfillment, e-commerce, and a selected firm will take place to show how supply chain partners such as online retailers and its customer base achieve operational success expressed in efficient and profitable order fulfillment.
