Abstract
This paper covers an overview of Enterprise Simulation Planning (ESP) and how it provides companies various opportunities for in depth data analysis of their supply chain. The advantages and disadvantages of ESP will be discuss. Additionally, we will explore the different quadrants of baselining, quantification, forecasting and innovation, and further how each can be applied in a business setting. Specifically, I was able to evaluate how ScrimmageSIM can be related to the four application areas, and further, how this relates to Stryker and their particular needs within supply planning.
