Abstract
This thesis examines the effectiveness of a training module on how to effectively speak with older adults with hearing loss. Therefore, this paper provides statistics of hearing loss, the techniques on how to speak with older adults with hearing loss, and the results from an undergraduate occupational therapy cohort training session.
