Abstract
This guide is intended for the intermediate to advanced dancer looking to develop their training regimen. The exercises created for this guide were developed with the intention of addressing total-body conditioning and injury prevention. Five substantial exercises and a flexibility sequence were created to target multiple important muscle groups at one time, so dancers don't have to work harder than they already are. The goal of this guide is to educate dancers on the most common injuries seen in the dance field, build awareness around reasons injuries occur, and equip dancers with exercises that, when done regularly, will help to prevent injury.
