Abstract
The Manufacturing Execution System (MES) was created to help students experience a hands-on Industry 4.0 assembly line. Students will be able to go through the process of an assembly line building a product with the MES keeps track of the time it takes to go through each process and stores the data long with other tool data collected throughout the process and use it to analyze. It will alert the student if a part is not put in correctly and will halt the process. This industry 4.0 Assembly Line will be available for all students who are in the IEE program.
