Abstract
This market study was undergone for the purpose of analyzing Lambertville, Michigan and the Olde Schoolhouse Commons located within Bedford Township. This building serves as a mini-mall created from the remains of an old abandoned schoolhouse in 1986. The real estate is valued at $700,000. The analysis will help determine if the author, a prospective buyer, is interested in investing in the area and specifically the Olde Schoolhouse Commons real estate. Many factors are taken into consideration before analyzing the monetary feasibility of the investment.
