Abstract
Describes the benefits of allowing volunteers for juveniles in the court system. Professional caseworkers do not have sufficient time to provide adequate service to all children. A volunteer can help reinforce positive behavior and curb delinquent behavior. Volunteers will be able to see children more often and offer important services .
