Abstract
The purpose of this study is to attempt to classify and/or illuminate some factors concerning students - past, present and future - of the Paper Science and Engineering curriculum at Western Michigan University. A survey of both alumni and current students of the curriculum was conducted, and the results are reported in the body of this paper. Questions were asked relating to the students' background in high school, experiences while enrolled at Western, and, where applicable, career experiences.
