Abstract
In the pod system (also known as interdisciplinary team teaching), three to four teachers, each with an academic specialty are placed together to form a pod. Each pod of teachers is then assigned a number of students who spend the majority of the day rotating among the teachers. This thesis explores the thoughts and opinions of teachers who use this method, what the advantages and disadvantages are to its use, and whether or not the pod system lives up to expectations.
