Abstract
This research discusses the growth of outdoor challenge courses and the reasoning behind need for further research. Adolescents have been extensively studied for benefits they derive from the high and low ROPES courses, yet the impact of this experience on adults are rarely considered. This proposal for study establishes the lack of information and strategies for examining ROPES courses' effect on the workplace.
