Abstract
Societies are becoming increasingly globalized. More than ever, people are able to communicate and interact with others who are quite different from themselves. Because of this, different cultures with different morals, mores, and values are interacting. With so many different viewpoints coming into contact with one another, conflicts are bound to arise, ranging from wars to the inability to cooperate on matters requiring joint action. In order to effectively and ethically navigate these problems, people will need to find common ground.
