Latvian Centennial Arts Weekend in Kalamazoo

To commemorate 100 years since Latvia declared its independence the Kalamazoo Latvian Association worked with the College of Fine Arts to hold a Latvian Centennial Arts celebration at Western Michigan University with lectures on Latvian art, literature and music, concerts and exhibits. The weekend received support from the Ministry of Culture of Latvia.
