Mourners at the funeral of Ayatullah Khomeni. Overnight, shipping containers were arranged around the grave to protect it from being mobbed. State police patrol on top of these. The shipping containers are set up like a shrine, in a ring around the grave. People touch the walls of the shipping containers as they would the walls of a shrine. Image group: 351-354.
