Description
In the last few years, the online presence of medievalists has increased. Blogs and other related types of sites have become a way for academics in the field to communicate on an international scale. This roundtable seeks to bring together individuals who have ventured into this electronic world to discuss the place of blogging in the academic community. It will address questions such as: how can we use blogging to improve our teaching? How can blogging prevent medievalists from feeling isolated at smaller universities? What positive outcomes have been attained? What are the potential negatives and how might they be overcome?
