Description
This will be will be a multi-lead workshop that will explore pedagogical possibilities of playing medievalist video games, and will be involving real-time playing of 1-3 selected medievalist videogames. Several avatars will be created in advance, set to be ready for use by inexperienced gamer-scholars. One of the game(s) will be played in advance of the conference (online); the session will end with a participation discussion, and there will be a discussion and questionare for session attendees to complete.
