Description
In recent years, historians of medieval Scotland have been applying new lenses and approaches to well-known primary sources. What new questions about these sources can we answer by using new approaches? How does the digital humanities facilitate the dissemination and scholarship of sources concerning medieval Scotland? What new or different perspectives can illuminate our knowledge of medieval Scottish history? This session aims to discuss how the application of new technologies or non- digital humanities methodologies help us understand different aspects of well-known sources for medieval Scottish history.
