The sixteenth century continues to be a terra incognita in literary-historical terms. Hans Sachs is, of course, very famous, but still, many of his texts have never been fully examined. Moreover, there are many contemporaries whose works remain unchartered. The papers presented here will offer a new inroad into this field.
