Description

The daily summary was obtained from Michigan's main COVID-19 page: https://www.michigan.gov/coronavirus. Data was compiled by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). The information was updated daily at 2p.m., with COVID-19 results as of 10 a.m.

The image shows the table "Daily Confirmed COVID-19 Cases by County", which provided statistics on daily cases and deaths in each Michigan county. The City of Detroit and Wayne County were reported separately.

Comments

Note: The reason that March 19, 2020 is not represented is because previously, MDHHS reported data based on yesterday's numbers, so files were named based on corresponding dates (ie data released on March 19 was named March 18, since that is when the data was from). As of March 20, 2020, MDHHS began reporting data with today's number as of 10am.
