Abstract
This article features Catholic Priest Father Mark Peacock of Holy Spirit Parish in Grand Rapids, Michigan and his efforts to place a photo of every parishioner or family in the pews where they would normally sit. Father Mark explains the origins of the idea, in addition to how it enhances his experience as a priest performing Mass during COVID-19. The article details the Catholic doctrine requiring priests to celebrate Mass even if there is no congregation present.
