Abstract
This article discusses how COVID-19 has brought about many changes to how places of worship and religious groups communicate with their communities. The use of livestreaming for worship services, for example, creates new issues for worship and ritual. Some places of worship, such as the Catholic Diocese of Columbus, Ohio plan in person worship services beginning memorial day. The Noor Islamic Cultural Center, a mosque in Ohio, is working in “phases” to bring back public worship services.
