Abstract
This article features Imam Idris Abdul-Zahir and his mosque, Masjidullah, and their response to the Coronavirus. The article details the decision of Imam Abdul-Zahir to keep his mosque open during the pandemic. Along with the mosque, other programs have remained open, such as food, childcare, and school programs, including the Masjidullah Early Child Care Academy. The article details Imam Abdul-Zahir’s reasons for keeping his community open, including the physical and spiritual needs of the community.
