Abstract

This article features an interview with a member of the Spirit Rock Teachers Council, and Buddhist meditation teacher Oren Jay Sofer. Sofer discusses mindful communication during a pandemic that has required most communication to be online or virtual. The article features advice on family, meditation, and isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
