Abstract
This article details a research study from the University of Chicago Divinity School and The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research. The article, along with the study, focuses on who Americans blame for the pandemic. Findings include sin, a message from God, and a high percentage of Americans blaming the U.S. and foreign governments for the current pandemic. The article discusses freedom of religion, the constitution, and its role in the research findings.
