Abstract
This article features a study from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus focused on religiously affiliated hospitals, patient awareness of the religious affiliation, and patients’ opinions on whether religious doctrine should dictate the healthcare provided at a hospital. The article focuses primarily on Catholic affiliated hospitals and healthcare services such as birth control and abortions. The results of the study are included in the article.
