Abstract
In a blog post on the Council on Foreign Relations website, details of an audio recording from Abubakar Shekau, leader of the Islamic state Boko Haram are given. The post describes Shekau’s stance on the COVID-19 pandemic, including his stance on social distancing, the suspension of the Hajj pilgrimage, the closing of mosques, in addition to President Trump. The blog post details Shekau’s doctrinal stance regarding evil and the COVID-19 pandemic.
