Abstract
In a forum from the American Constitution Society, two professors of law, Sanford V. Levinson and Eric J. Segall, discuss the response of churches to stay-at-home orders and exemptions to houses of worship. This discussion includes arguments for why giving places of worship exemptions is unconstitutional and why requiring places of worship to follow stay-at-home orders is constitutional.
