Abstract

This article features interviews with Rev. Kenneth Flowers of Greater New Mount Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, and Rev. Horace Sheffield, pastor of New Destiny Christian Fellowship church, in addition to discussing the deaths of religious leaders from the Church of God in Christ (COGIC). The article details financial difficulties and health issues of these Detroit churches due to COVID-19.
