Abstract
This news article details the efforts of funeral homes in West Michigan, such as the Betzler Life Story Funeral Home in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and their efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among staff. The effort comes after an announcement from the CDC regarding COVID-19 and dead bodies. The article details practices such as cremation, embalming, and burial, in addition to the handling of bodies.
