Abstract
This article discusses a large Jain gathering in India amid government issued lockdowns and social distancing protocols. The large gathering was due to the arrival of Jain Monks in the Sagar District of the state of Madhya Pradesh located in Central India. The article discusses the controversy surrounding the gathering in addition to videos of the gathering. The article features Jain leader and monk Muni Pranam Sagar, along with Additional Superintendent of Police, Praveen Bhuria.
