Abstract
This article compares the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidelines on religious gatherings before and after President Trump pushes for States to allow places of worship to reopen. The article details the CDC’s discussion of the First Amendment along with the removal of guidelines regarding singing, chanting, and the use choirs in places of worship. The article features excerpts from CDC guidelines that are no longer available to the public on the CDC website.
