Abstract
According to the United Methodist News, the United Methodist Committee on Relief has sent healthcare workers to the Navajo Nation in Arizona and New Mexico to help this community as the number of COVID-19 patients rises. The biggest aid has come in the form of donating personal protective equipment (PPE). Additionally, the article discusses the aid the Native American Community Response Fund gave to the Oklahoma Indian Missionary Conference. The financial funding was used for financial crises, elderly, and the children in local Native communities.
