Abstract
This article details the Supreme Court’s decision to deny a Nevada church’s request to lift state restrictions and enforcement for places of worship due to COVID-19. Issues such as public health, the First Amendment, and other types of mass gatherings are discussed in the article. The article features the church, Calvary Chapel Dayton Valley, along with various Supreme Court Justices, including Justice Neil M. Gorsuch, Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh, and Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr., among others.
