Abstract
This article discusses the decision of four states and their governors to give places of worship exemptions from having to comply with stay-at-home orders and bans on gatherings. The article focuses on the First Amendment and constitutional rights. Governor Whitmer of Michigan is one of the Governors featured in the article, along with Kansas Governor Laura Kelly, New Mexico Governor Michelle Luhan Grisham, and Governor Mike DeWine of Ohio.
