Abstract
The guidelines from the Governor’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives in Tennessee provides protocols and resources for places of worship that wish to have in-person worship services. The guidelines discuss the First Amendment, religious liberty, and Governor Lee’s executive order to declare worship services as “essential”. The guidelines center around face masks, reopening in phases, and working with vulnerable populations.
