Abstract
This article details the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the interpretation and enforcement of the Bill of Rights. The article discusses the First Amendment along with religious freedom in the United States. The article references past national emergencies, such 9/11 and the Great Depression as comparisons to the current epidemic.
