Abstract
This article details the research from the University of Chicago Divinity School/AP-NORC Poll concerning the religious behavior among Americans during the COVID-19 pandemic. The article details the results of the poll, including data indicating that many Americans believe the virus is a message from God for the world to change. American’s perceptions of issues such as freedom of religion and freedom of assembly were a part of the research poll and are discussed in the article.
