Abstract
This article features the decision of Illinois Governor JB Pritzker to allow places of worship to reopen despite previously issuing a stay-at-home order. The article describes the reasonings for his decision, including several lawsuits and an emergency appeal involving the Supreme Court. The emergency appeal comes from Elim Romanian Pentecostal Church in Illinois.
