Abstract
This article discusses the impact COVID-19 has had on Muslims celebrating Ramadan, and adaptations needed to be made due to the pandemic. The closing of mosques along with the curbing of communal prayer is detailed in the article. Virtual and video conferencing methods of communication are discussed, as are their impact on prayer. The article focuses on the experience of Muslims from places such as Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan, and the United States, among many others.
