Abstract
This article features Reverend Howard-John Wesley of the historic Alfred Street Baptist Church in Alexandria, Virginia and his church’s response to the CoVID-19 pandemic. The article details the transition from in-person worship to virtual worship. The article also discusses burn-out among pastors in addition to the impact the coronavirus has had in black churches and communities.
