Abstract
This article from the Islamic Circle of North America discusses the ritual of Ghusl or the washing of a dead body and how to safely approach this obligation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The article provides alternatives for Muslims who are concerned for their health when it comes to the Ghusl of one who has died from the coronavirus. The article discusses other rituals related to the washing of the deceased including Tayammum and Salaatul Janaazah.
