Abstract
This article discusses the response of the Afro-Cuban religion known as Santeria to the COVID-19 pandemic, including the use of social media. The article details the babalawos or priests, ceremonies, Orishas or deities, and rituals and their role in healing and preventing the spread of the coronavirus. The article features Emilia Montoya and her family of Havana.
