Reflective Quote

The main reason I wanted to go on this study abroad was to have more opportunities to interact with people from different cultures. I have been learning about who I am and where my place is in the world and study abroad helped me learn to draw on my strengths and use those to help others. I got to hear a lot of stories from people here and in the DR reminding me that those human experiences are what connect us. Community is needed to learn and grow. We all need a little help and study abroad helped remind me of that. Study abroad allowed me to focus on an world on what I need to do to improve my well being and to help support others.
